Location: Northeastern U.S.

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Fortanix, you will be responsible for managing accounts in the Eastern U.S., maximizing revenue for the company. You will be tasked with creating, developing and executing sales strategies for the assigned region. You will be expected to deliver consistent revenue growth and provide market/customer feedback to the product line.

You will:

  • Manage, develop, and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships in the assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within an assigned account(s)
  • Develop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, building an understanding of their IT requirements and help them identify solutions
  • Identify needed steps/actions needed to do business with U.S. Government entities

Experience:

  • We are looking for someone with 5+ years of sales experience in IT industries, at least 3 years of experience at major account sales, and 2+ years selling to U.S. Government entities.
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue quotas.
  • Prospecting and account development skills, with demonstrated ability to work with technical, non-technical, and executive level prospects.
